Last updated: 3/6/2026
At PRO Lighting Source LLC, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. The following warranty policy outlines the coverage, limitations, and process for submitting warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage may vary by product and may be provided either by the product manufacturer, PRO Lighting Source LLC, or both.
Products are generally covered against manufacturing defects, including:
• electrical component failure
• LED failure
• defects in materials or workmanship
Warranty coverage applies only to products used under normal operating conditions.
Specific warranty durations may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Professional Installation
Professional installation is strongly recommended for automotive lighting products.
Improper installation can cause damage to the product or the vehicle’s electrical system. PRO Lighting Source LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• improper installation
• misuse or abuse of the product
• physical damage
• modification or alteration of the product
• damage to wiring or connectors
• water damage caused by misuse or improper installation
• normal wear and tear
Products showing signs of misuse, modification, or improper installation may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers must use the Warranty Claim page on our website.
Warranty requests must include:
• order number or proof of purchase
• description of the issue
• photos of the product
• video of the issue when applicable
Providing clear documentation helps us evaluate the claim quickly and accurately.
Warranty Resolution
Once a warranty claim is reviewed and approved, resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Possible resolutions may include:
• product replacement
• repair
• store credit
The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including returning the product for inspection or replacement unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products for warranty evaluation.
Labor Costs
The warranty covers the product itself only.
Installation costs, labor fees, and related service charges are not covered under warranty.
PRO Lighting Source LLC is not responsible for labor costs associated with installing, removing, or reinstalling products.
Proof of Purchase
All warranty claims require proof of purchase.
Orders placed through our website will typically be verified through the order number associated with the purchase.
Warranty Eligibility
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser of the product and does not transfer if the product is resold or transferred to another owner.
